Direct Credit Card Payments & Merchant Facilities


GeoTrust SSL.The Hunter Organic Foodswebsite is located within a GeoTrust secure server environment which utilises SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Encryption software to protect your personal information, including your name, address, and credit card information. SSL encryption is the industry standard for the highest level of internet security. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form and not decoded until we receive it ensuring that it cannot be read or intercepted by anyone. Our GeoTrust SSL certificates enables up to 256-bit encryption, which exceeds industry standard.

Merchant Facilities


MIGS is the MasterCard Internet Gateway Service. MIGS is provided to banks to facilitate ePayments and general payments where the card is not presented to the merchant (called Card-Not-Present, or CNP). MIGS processes all card types, not just MasterCard. All websites collecting sensitive or confidential information need to protect the data passed between the browser and the MIGS Payment Server. The Payment Server is responsible for securing the cardholder details when you implement the Server-Hosted Payments Integration Model. It uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts sensitive financial data between a cardholder and the Payment Server. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a security technology that is used to secure server to Internet browser transactions. This includes the securing of any information passed by an Internet browser (such as a cardholder's credit card number) to a web server (such as your online store or MIGS). PayPal Payments


You may select the Paypal service to process the payment part of your order if you have an existing PayPal account. (Refer to our Terms and Conditions on how to set up a PayPal account if needed). Paypal is a leading worldwide supplier of secure online services and has been operating for many years. If you choose this option you will automatically be redirected to the Paypal site for payment, where you enter your credit card details (i.e. Mastercard or Visa) before being returned to our site.

Refund Policy


Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do. There is no warranty on perishable items.

Hunter Organic Foods is committed to providing exceptional customer service. We endeavour to make sure that all produce listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-7 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.

Except for responsibilities implied by law, which cannot be excluded, Hunter Organic Foods is not responsible for any loss, damage, cost or expense incurred by you as a result of any error, omission or misrepresentation in relation to this website.
