Rosnay Organic Wines Pty Ltd was formed by Richard, Florence and Sam Statham in 1996.

"Rosnay" comprises four blocks at Rivers Road Organic Farms , totalling 21 hectares of wine grapes and 10 hectares of olives, producing 60-140 tonnes of grapes and 10-20 tonnes of olives per year. The farm employs 5 people full time equivalent, plus outsourced contractors.
