Made from the ripest Kalamata olives, the olive paste is a concentrated flaouring to add to all sorts of dishes.

Rosnay Organic Wines Pty Ltd was formed by Richard, Florence and Sam Statham in 1996.

"Rosnay" comprises four blocks at Rivers Road Organic Farms , totalling 21 hectares of wine grapes and 10 hectares of olives, producing 60-140 tonnes of grapes and 10-20 tonnes of olives per year. The farm employs 5 people full time equivalent, plus outsourced contractors.
