Dukkah is an ancient Egyptian dish, based on a mix of chopped nuts, seeds, and spices, traditionally used for dipping with pita bread and oil. We have created our own versions, made with native Australian macadamia nuts, sesame seeds, and a mix of our Oz Tukka native spices. Macadamia Nut Tukka Dukkah is best served dipped with nice crusty bread and our Oz Tukka Macadamia Nut oil. Also use it as a salad topping or to garnish or crust your meat. (gluten free)
